Shipping policy
At Lunéa, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping, and delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are carefully reviewed, prepared, packed, and processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
During periods of high demand, promotional events, holidays, inventory replenishment, or unforeseen operational circumstances, processing times may exceed our standard timeframe. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such periods.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your shipping destination, carrier availability, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors outside of Lunéa's control.
For most orders, estimated delivery time is approximately 6–10 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
All shipments are sent using tracked and insured shipping services whenever available.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Please note that tracking information may not become active immediately after shipment. In some cases, tracking updates may not appear until the package has been received and scanned by the carrier's distribution facility.
Processing times are separate from shipping and transit times and should not be included when calculating estimated delivery dates.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT FEES
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by Lunéa.
Customs clearance procedures may result in delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframe.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information is provided, delivery delays, failed deliveries, additional carrier charges, or returned packages may occur. Lunéa shall not be responsible for any loss resulting from inaccurate shipping information supplied by the customer.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Requests to modify shipping information, change products, or cancel an order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this period, orders may have already entered processing and we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
Lunéa is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged in transit, stolen after delivery, or delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer. If such issues occur, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation or claim.
